Report the theft to the police immediately. Get a crime reference number.

Contact the monitoring centre

Call the Scorpion Track 24/7 monitoring line (on your system documentation). Have your vehicle registration and system reference ready. The team will begin tracking immediately.

Do not attempt recovery yourself

Let the monitoring centre and police handle recovery — they have the tools and authorisation. Keep the line open and follow their instructions.

Important: Do not confront or follow suspected thieves. Your safety matters more than the vehicle.

How do I report my vehicle stolen?
Call 999 immediately, then contact the Scorpion Track 24/7 monitoring centre on the number provided with your system. Have your vehicle registration and system reference ready. Do not attempt to recover the vehicle yourself.
How do I renew or manage my subscription?
Log in to your Scorpion Track account, or contact us and we'll help. Don't let your subscription lapse — monitoring only works while it's active.
How do I transfer ownership when selling my vehicle?
Contact us before the sale. We'll help transfer the subscription and account to the new owner correctly.
What if I need a replacement ADR tag?
Contact us and we'll arrange a replacement. Keep your tags secure — they form part of your system's theft deterrence.
What support do you offer after fitting?
We support you with account and subscription queries, manufacturer liaison, ADR tag replacement and ongoing advice. We're always available on 07845 991999 or by email.
My app is showing an error — what should I do?
First ensure your subscription is active. Then try reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, contact Scorpion Track support or reach out to us and we'll help investigate.
